The clients wanted to add a second storey to their single-level coastal home while maintaining the character of the original structure. The site had limited access and required careful coordination with neighbours.
Our Solution
We designed a sympathetic addition that complemented the existing architecture, used crane lifts for materials to minimize disruption, and maintained daily communication with neighbours. The kitchen was completely reimagined with a coastal aesthetic.
